SyncTALK is a telehealth counseling program that connects individuals to certified, masters-level counselors who can help build skills including coping with stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, sleep, self-esteem and uncertainties. SyncTALK also offers in-between session support via our app, Karla.
Our specialists are Triple Crown-certified, masters-level counselors who are empathetic, supportive and have a wide range of experiences and specialties.
Karla is a bot/personal assistant/coach to help assist you with your well-being between therapy sessions and beyond. Karla is personalized to you, and she will encourage, nudge and support you through reminders based on your treatment plan with your specialist.

Specialists are not available telephonically 24/7; however, our app Karla can be accessed 24/7 (though typically any specialist communication done through the app occurs during business hours)
Our nationwide team of specialists are specialized in different support types, including depression, burnout, anxiety, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), abuse, grief, Christian counseling, sleep, relationship conflict, addiction, eating disorders, loneliness, etc.

Yes, you are allowed to pick a specialist that is within your state and network.
We currently only offer virtual telehealth sessions with our participants.
Standard sessions are 45 minutes; however, sessions can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Yes, we do see minors, ages 10 and up.
Click on “Get Started” then “Register Here,” then follow the prompted questions. Once done with the questions, it will take you to a page where you can choose from various specialists. You will then have the option to pick a date and time for an appointment with your preferred specialist.
We use a language line if a specialist who speaks Spanish is not available.
